About Us
XARMONICS Ltd is a music production company registered in England and Wales. By using our website or purchasing from us you agree to these terms.
Beat Licences
All beats available for purchase on this website are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a beat licence you receive the rights specified in the licence tier selected. XARMONICS Ltd retains full ownership and copyright of all beats at all times. Basic Licence grants non-exclusive rights to use the beat for one commercial release, with a limit of 10,000 streams or sales across all platforms. Credit must be given as Prod. by XARMONICS. Premium Licence grants non-exclusive rights for unlimited streams and sales on one release. Credit must be given as Prod. by XARMONICS. Exclusive Licence transfers full exclusive rights to the purchaser for one release. The beat will be removed from sale upon purchase. Credit must be given as Prod. by XARMONICS. Licences are non-transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed. A licence becomes void if the terms are breached.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us at xarmonics@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it.
Booking and Project Services
Submission of a booking form does not constitute a binding agreement. A project only begins once both parties have agreed to terms in writing and a deposit has been received. Deposit amounts and project timelines will be confirmed by email.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including beats, artwork, text, and the XARMONICS brand is the intellectual property of XARMONICS Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
XARMONICS Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
